The Five Star Liquor sponsored tournament was played on Saturday 29th October in fine but windy conditions.
Winner in the Ladies division was J. Patterson followed by P. Downs and V. Hignett.
The junior mens division was won by T. Walsh, with R. McDonald and K. Johns filling the next two spots.
S. Campbell came out on top in the senior division, followed by M. Cook and R. Brider.
Apparently a recent club champion has suffered a bit of jet lag and was this weeks Chopper winner but had to leave before receiving his award.
This Saturday is the 100 club tournament with a mass start at 11.00. Can all players report to starter by 10.30 and those players who have their names down to play, but have yet to pay the entry fee please report at 10.15.
Twilight
With the unsettled weather only a small few braved fronting up to twilight last week. The weather forecast for this Wednesdays Twilight is also not looking that good. Cancellation will be made at around two o'clock on the day and posted on facebook and the website.
Twilight prize givings are now going to happen at 7.30 with a happy hour starting at 7pm each week.
AGM
Don't forget to schedule Monday 14 November for the AGM. If you would like to be on the committee don't forget to get your nomination form to the Secretary before next Friday. Their will be some small rule changes to be addressed that were missed at the Special General earlier in the year. A current copy of the constitution has been added to the members area of the website.
Team Hope
If you haven't done so already, consider getting a team together for the Team Hope competition coming on the 11th of November. Details on the website.
